My journey into this work began in 2010 when I discovered yoga while navigating a high-stress career and chronic headaches from prior injuries. What started as a physical practice quickly became a powerful tool for healing, balance, and resilience.
That path led me to Ayurveda—the sister science of yoga—which offers a deeply personalized approach to health through nutrition, daily routines, and lifestyle alignment.
Today, I combine these two systems to support clients in addressing the root cause of imbalance and creating lasting change.
