About Jill

I help individuals restore digestive balance, reduce stress, and build sustainable health through Ayurveda, yoga, and personalized lifestyle guidance.


My journey into this work began in 2010 when I discovered yoga while navigating a high-stress career and chronic headaches from prior injuries. What started as a physical practice quickly became a powerful tool for healing, balance, and resilience.


That path led me to Ayurveda—the sister science of yoga—which offers a deeply personalized approach to health through nutrition, daily routines, and lifestyle alignment.


Today, I combine these two systems to support clients in addressing the root cause of imbalance and creating lasting change.


Training & Certifications

  • Ayurvedic Practitioner (C-AP), Yoga Veda Institute (1500-hour program) 
  • Ayurvedic Health Counselor & Digestive Health Coach, Joyful Belly Ayurveda (700-hour & 750-hour programs)
  • Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), White Crow Yoga 
  • Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) 


My Approach

I believe true healing comes from understanding your unique constitution and working with your body—not against it.


My work focuses on:

  • Nervous system regulation and stress support 
  • Sustainable nutrition and lifestyle practices 
  • Gradual, realistic changes that create long-term results
