There are so many different lifestyle trends out there right now: yoga, HIIT, cryotherapy, raw food, juicing, keto, essential oils, and the list goes on and on. You hear amazing things about each one, and later, doctors and nutritionists advising against them. So, what did I do? I gave up and continued to eat the way I always have, continuing to feel depleted, heavy and unsatisfied.
